Diamonds, Lapis, Redstone, Gold, Iron, Coal, and Wheat can be compressed and uncompressed.

Notably missing from that is quartz and quartz blocks, which is also an ore. The only significant difference is that quartz blocks are 2x2 rather than 3x3.

Another interesting missing component is nether wart blocks, which are basically nether wheat, are crafted the same way, and is also decorative like the hay stack.

There's also the bone blocks, which are crafted with 3x3 bone meal, which also can't be decompressed.
