Some of the blocks in our current datapack have gotten official recipes in 1.14, other blocks have changed recipes. This proposal seeks to port back minecraft 1.14 recipe changes to 1.13.

Change Smooth Stone

2019-05-22-113236_242x118_scrot
will be changed to
2019-05-22-113351_182x105_scrot

Remove stone -> stone-slabs

NB: Considering there are no stone slabs, this won't be enabled after all
If you want this you can find a datapack disabling the recipe here

in Vanilla Minecraft 1.13.2 stone slabs are crafted like this:
2019-05-22-113705_281x161_scrot
This will be disabled, and the smooth stone slab recipe will be changed to
2019-05-22-113743_286x158_scrot

Smooth Quartz

Changed to
2019-05-22-113836_186x107_scrot

Smooth Sandstone

Changed to

Smooth Red Sandstone
